Established in 2019, The WonderMart is a woman-owned, community-driven gift shop on a mission to provide an equitable platform for small makers to thrive. We exclusively stock handcrafted goods that are made or designed in New York State and currently share in success with 200+ emerging brands, the majority of which are woman-owned. MAPTOTE
Inspired by a trip abroad, Maptote started in 2006 after a married couple, turned business partners designed their first tote bag with a map of Brooklyn on it. All of their products are made in the USA with a majority of them made locally!
HARTLAND CARDS
At Hartland, each card is hand illustrated, then offset printed locally with vegetable based inks on the highest quality felted paper. They strive to use sustainable, and recycled materials whenever possible, and always print in the USA. The envelopes are made from 100% post-consumer paper bags. We believe in surrounding yourself with beautiful things that have a story to tell. When you visit our shop you'll discover a unique and highly curated collection of locally crafted finds for the home, body and baby. Many items are one-of-one. We revel in the opportunity to share background knowledge of a particular item or its maker. There's even a map on our back wall that showcases where each maker is located across New York State. The WonderMart is truly a celebration of all things handmade.
