Small Warm Shapes Weaving

One-of-a-kind, hand-woven wall hanging with needle felted appliqué, perfect for a babies nursery or as a housewarming gift. Completed by the Artisan in February 2018. Inspired by winter citrus and finding warmth.

Made with wool, silk, and cotton fibers and hangs on a round brass rod. Background is woven with 2 different cream colored wool yarns with hand-dyed silk, wool roving, and yarn fringe. Handmade needle felted shapes are made of wool and are stitched onto the weaving.

Measures approximately 6" wide and hangs 16" long.
